Our voicemail system provides a direct connection between clients and
doctors, as well as a convenient way for you to order food and medication
or to schedule an appointment. An operator is always on duty during our
open hours, taking calls in the order they’re received. The phone
system enables our reception staff to be more available and efficient
when you need help at our front desk. If the operator or appointment desk
is busy and you need to leave a message, we will return your call in a
timely manner. If your phone call is not returned on the same day, please
consider trying us again in case we’ve been unable to reach you.
Occasionally a message may have been lost by the system; please let us
know if you experience this problem so that we may correct the situation
as soon as possible.
