Since 1991, Family Pet Animal Hospital has voluntarily
achieved the high standards of the American Animal Hospital Association,
qualifying us as an AAHA Accredited Hospital Member. These standards
pertain to facilities, equipment, practice methods, and management.
We’re proud to be a five-time recipient of the American Animal
Hospital Association’s highest honor, having been awarded a
3-year accreditation in July 2007. |
Dr. Rae Ann Van Pelt serves as the President of the management
committee for Chicago Veterinary Emergency Services.
Dr. Philip Padrid, our resident Respiratory Medicine specialist,
serves as Adjunct Associate Professor of Molecular Medicine at University
of Chicago School of Medicine, as well as Adjunct Professor at Ohio State
University School of Veterinary Medicine.
Drs Marla Minuskin and Rae Ann Van Pelt are members
of the American Association of Feline Practitioners
